Today was just one of those
mornings. I was rushed, had a million things to do before work AND misplaced my ATM card (again).
But, using the tools we learned at Kripalu, I was still able to pack a quick and healthy lunch of spinach, walnuts, carrots, and a few crab claws.
I also grabbed a “handful of walnuts and a few carrots” a la Lisa Nelson’s suggestion!
All in all, still stayed healthy; still don’t need coffee!!
