    Just came back from Trader Joe’s. All of the cranberries had sugar in them so I passed on them for the time being. This brings me to Billberries. I have never heard of them before this week, like NEVER. So where do I go but to Google. Huckleberries are the same thing and they grow wild and are not cultivated (not found in stores). I remember eating them as a kid. OK, I now get it. When they’re raw they are a bit tart but once cooked they become very sweet.

    Yesterday I had kale in my morining smoothie. Not as bad as I had inticipated. The taste was actually quite refreshing. I also put in a kiwi to put a bit of punch into it. I need to zoot the kale in the blender a bit longer though. It felt like I had to floss after I was done. Worth experimenting with.
